The Air compressor is oil free screw type air compressor. The intermediate cooler is water cooled to attain dry cooled air. The drier is refrigerated with R134a refrigerant to get the best quality of dried air From the receiving tank to air dryer, piping is done to various user points in the plant. During distribution through header line, compressed air is filtered through the 0.2 micron cartridge filters at user points. At each filter location pressure gauges are provided for monitoring differential pressure across the filter.
