Pre Risk Assessment-Blister Packing Machine

The machine uses a simple principle of forming blister with the help of a forming die where both vacuum and heat is applied to the PVDC film which is then passed through the universal feeder where the capsules are adjusted into the cavity, which then pass on to the sealing roller with same dimension and configuration as that of the forming roller. It is then sealed with heat and pressure.
