Report of Risk Assessment of Warehouse Facility

Risk analysis for warehouse facility and practice shall be performed by taking into the probability, occurance and Severity. The risk is indentified analyzed and evaluated.  The risk identified analyzed and evaluated for receiving of material, De-dusting of material, weighing of material, storage of materials, sampling of raw materials, dispensing of raw materials and rodent control.
