Operational Qualification (OQ) for Vibro Sifter [PICTORIAL]
Check that the Vibro sifter operates correctly without product under defined operating ranges.
Typical OQ tests & checks:
- Startup / No-Load Trial
- Verify smooth start and stop.
- No abnormal noise, vibration, or smell.
- Direction of vibration as per design.
- Safety Checks
- Emergency stop – machine must stop immediately.
- Power failure simulation – machine stops; behaviour on power resumption recorded (manual restart preferred).
- Ensure control panel is labeled and safe.
- Ensure interlocking of Castor Wheels to avoid unwanted movement of Vibro Sifter during processing.
Operational Qualification Acceptance:
- All controls & safety systems function as designed.
- No abnormal vibration/noise; no product bypass risk seen.
